Communication Skills involves introducing family members to skills and behaviours that can facilitate more positive interpersonal communication and help to build healthier relationships within their family.

      Family Routines involves supporting family members to introduce more regular and predictable family routines to promote child and family wellbeing.

        Problem Solving involves working through a structured, eight-step strategy to help family members clearly define problems, brainstorm practical solutions and then select the best option. By doing this, family members build confidence and autonomy.

          Understanding and improving family safety involves understanding what safety means to a victim-survivor of violence, exploring how the perpetrator’s abusive, coercive, and controlling behaviours harm the wellbeing and safety of adult and child victim-survivors.
